Perform regular checks of Wordpress database and perform database optimisations or cleanups when necessary to maintain optimal performance of the database based on the database size.‌ Monthly website cache clear.

Filtering out input from unwanted sources is a necessary part of working with a modern website. Ensure that industry standard filtering and cleansing is installed on the website and is performing as expected.‌

Perform periodic performance audits of the site and assess site and page load times as the content and traffic on the site continues to grow. Perform basic performance tuning and recommend changes or upgrades to the website when necessary.‌

Provide services to update existing website content, such as menus, wording changes, pages, headers or general updates (if maintenance Pack 2 or 3 has been purchased)‌.

Research and identify the cause of website issues that occur during the tenure of the maintenance contract and update the website/CMS settings or website code where possible to resolve the issue.
